The product
Book2Board is a chess study app available on the Apple App Store. Use of the app is governed by Apple’s standard EULA and by Apple’s App Store terms.
Intellectual property
Book2Board name, marks, and site content are owned by Rhinolabs Agency LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse site materials except as allowed by law.
Your books
You are responsible for having the right to use any PDFs or materials you open in the app. The site and app do not sell a book catalog.
Disclaimer
Book2Board is a study tool. We do not guarantee rating improvement or tournament results. Stockfish and other open-source components are governed by their respective licenses. These website terms do not restrict rights granted by those licenses.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rhinolabs Agency LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on site content.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version will be posted at this URL.
